z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>Terms and Conditions of Holiday Accommodation<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>1. DEFINITIONS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Booking\u2019 means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Property\u2019 means The Property rented and its Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Management\u2019 means the owners and managers of the Property.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Guests\u2019 means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Visitor\u2019 means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>2. ACCEPTANCE &amp; RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>3. CHECK IN\/OUT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Check \u2013in time is not before 3pm on arrival date and check-out time is not later than 11 am on Departure Day.<\/p>\n<p>Early Arrival or Late Departure is subject to prior agreement in writing and availability. You must notify the Management of expected Arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 2 days before arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Check-In\/Check-out and key collection\/return procedure will be as follows. The door will be unlocked and the keys on the Breakfast bar, unless special arrangements have been made. You must supply a full list of names of all guests in your party in advance and copies of their Passports on arrival.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>4. PAYMENT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A deposit of 30 percent minimum must be received within 7 days after the Booking is taken by the Management. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received.<\/p>\n<p>Payment in Full must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Payment can be made by transfer in Pounds Sterling to our UK Bank or in Thai Baht to our Thai Bank, which ever you prefer it is your choice. Payment may also be made by Credit\/Debit Card via Transfer Wise. Simply log on to<strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.transferwise.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.transferwise.com<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and follow the instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Details of our Banks are shown on our email invoice issued on receipt of your Booking request.<\/p>\n<p>Payments of the amount due must be received in Pound Sterling or Thai Baht net of any bank or other transaction charges.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.<\/p>\n<p>Cash payments are only accepted with prior agreement in writing with the Management.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>5. CANCELLATION OR VARIATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately on <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:ian@kohsamuivilla.biz\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ian@kohsamuivilla.biz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> or <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:ian@kohsamuivilla.co.uk\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ian@kohsamuivilla.co.uk<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A variation of the Booking which reduces number of Guests does not affect the original Booking quotation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If the Management is able to re-let the Property for the period cancelled, the Management will hold your payment and allow it to be reused against the charge of any future Booking made in the same Property for use within 12 months of the original Booking dates. If the Management is not able to re-let the cancellation period, the payment will be passed to the owner as a completed rental payment and it will not be available for use against any later Booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>6. MINIMUM STAY<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The minimum stay is 4 Nights, except in the period of 10 December to 19 January, when the minimum stay is 6 Nights,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>7. SECURITY BOND<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A bond security payment may be required at same time as he outstanding balance of your Booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">It will be credited to your designated payment method once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Any damage or loss or expense incurred by the Management as a result of your breach of these Terms &amp; Conditions will be charged against the Bond.. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra Guests beyond those declared.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>8. UNAVAILABILITY<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances, (eg Fire, Storm, Damage, etc) then the Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy, failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>9. PARTIES &amp; FUNCTIONS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Parties and Functions require approval at the time of Booking and special Conditions will apply,Including possible extra charges, Guests remain responsible for persons attending, no disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise, silence when entering and leaving the premises, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others. All noise to cease by 11pm. Breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>10. LINEN &amp; TOWELS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">We supply linen, towels, pillows, which must be left where supplied to the bedrooms or bath rooms on departure. Further linen may be hired through the Management. Beach towels are included. Cleaning and linen change usually occurs twice weekly and more often upon request at an additional cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>11. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>12 YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You must comply with all applicable house rules and all instructions from the Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement costs (at the Management\u2019s discretion).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Only Guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other Guests stay without prior consent from the Management the agreement may be terminated without refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Before departure all foods must be removed from the sides, all rubbish put in the appropriate bins provided and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, removal of excessive rubbish etc, should the cleaning fee be more than usual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">All furniture and furnishings must be left in position they were when you arrived.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors, excepted the main door, should be locked. The Air conditioning, all fans and lights must be switched off. All keys must be left on the Breakfast Bar or returned to the Management or as otherwise directed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You are responsible for the safe keeping and replacement of accommodation keys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>13. SMOKING<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Smoking is not permitted inside the property but it is allowed on the outside Terraces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>14. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform the Management at the earliestOpportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficientlyas possible. You must allow repair\/service access to the property during reasonable hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Any complaint, which can not be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to the Management prior to your departure from the Property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">We recommend all Guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible forany injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our Property<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions of Holiday Accommodation1. Breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>10. LINEN & TOWELS<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">We supply linen, towels, pillows, which must be left where supplied to the bedrooms or bath rooms on departure. Further linen may be hired through the Management. Beach towels are included. Cleaning and linen change usually occurs twice weekly and more often upon request at an additional cost.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>11. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>12 YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You must comply with all applicable house rules and all instructions from the Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement costs (at the Management\u2019s discretion).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Only Guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other Guests stay without prior consent from the Management the agreement may be terminated without refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Before departure all foods must be removed from the sides, all rubbish put in the appropriate bins provided and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, removal of excessive rubbish etc, should the cleaning fee be more than usual.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">All furniture and furnishings must be left in position they were when you arrived.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors, excepted the main door, should be locked. The Air conditioning, all fans and lights must be switched off. All keys must be left on the Breakfast Bar or returned to the Management or as otherwise directed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You are responsible for the safe keeping and replacement of accommodation keys.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>13. SMOKING<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Smoking is not permitted inside the property but it is allowed on the outside Terraces.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>14. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform the Management at the earliestOpportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficientlyas possible.
