The Ground Floor features a large covered Terrace, Spacious Lounge/Dining/Kitchen  Area, One Double Bedroom and One Bathroom.

The Kitchen is well equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Hob, Microwave, Coffee Maker, plus  an extensive range of Cooking Utensils, Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware.

The Covered Terrace leads on to an open Patio and Garden, leading directly onto the  Beach, with amazing views across the Gulf of Thailand to Koh Phangan and Anthong Marine Park.

The first floor has 2 double Bedrooms and one Bathroom. One Bedroom is small, and more suitable for 1 Adult, or 2 Children. All Bedrooms have Air Conditioning. The Villa is well furnished, sited on a well maintained complex, with the use of a large communal pool, all set a beautiful Tropical Garden.

There is direct access from the villa garden onto the unspoiled, 3.5Km White Sand Beach, fringed by Swaying Coconut Trees and Azure Blue Seas. A little piece of Paradise for you and your family.

There are numerous local Bars, Restaurants and Shops within walking distance either via the Beach or the Road.

The Minimum stay is 4 nights, except during the Peak Season(9 Dec to 19 Jan), when Minimum stay is 6 nights. Discount 5 % for 14 — 28 nights, 10 % for 29 nights or more.
